Un total de 31 propietarios de solares y terrenos privados sin edificar de San Fulgencio han sido sancionados desde comienzos del 2021 por incumplir la Ordenanza Municipal de Convivencia Ciudadana en el espacio público, tal y como ha informado el concejal de Obras y Servicios de la localidad, Francisco Molero. El edil ha recordado que esta normativa, aprobada en julio del año pasado, “establece la obligación específica de la limpieza de solares en el municipio, manteniéndolos libres de desechos y residuos y en condiciones de seguridad, salubridad y ornato público adecuados en todo momento”.
De esta manera, los propietarios deberán asegurarse de que la parcela se encuentra “libre de maleza, residuos o escombros de forma permanente”, ha manifestado Molero. “Así podremos evitar la aparición de cualquier plaga o insectos, lo que ayudará, además, a mantener una imagen limpia y cuidadosa de las calles de nuestro municipio”, ha añadido. En el caso contrario de que esta limpieza no se llegara a producir, será el Ayuntamiento quien finalmente la llevará a cabo mediante el procedimiento de orden de ejecución forzosa y subsidiaria, con el cargo de todos los gastos ocasionados al propietario.
La Policía Local de San Fulgencio ha inspeccionado y comprobado las quejas y denuncias realizadas por los vecinos ante el Consistorio por esta situación. Aunque a la mayoría de personas sancionadas se les imputa el importe reducido de la sanción por pago voluntario, situado entre los 400 y los 800 euros, Molero ha indicado que la ordenanza establece multas “de hasta 1.500 euros a quien no mantenga estos terrenos de manera adecuada”, calificándolas como infracciones graves.
El Consistorio realiza así un llamamiento a la colaboración ciudadana para que todos los dueños de estas parcelas, “tanto las situadas en el casco urbano como las que se encuentran en la zona de urbanizaciones, cumplan con su responsabilidad como propietarios y ayuden así a la convivencia y bienestar de todos los vecinos”, ha expresado el edil.
