La Policía Local de San Fulgencio ha sancionado al dueño de una empresa de muebles, por depositar enseres en la vía pública, tal y como ha informado el concejal de Residuos Urbanos del municipio, David Vives. “Se trata de una empresa que sabemos que lo ha hecho en más ocasiones, desplazándose a otros municipios para realizar el mismo procedimiento”, ha manifestado el edil.
Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado jueves, cuando un vecino alertó a la Policía Local de la presencia en la zona de un vehículo con publicidad de una empresa de entrega y recogida de muebles, cuyos operarios habrían depositado un somier y un sofá junto a un contenedor de la calle Rosales de la urbanización Marina. Tras confirmar con la empresa municipal de recogida de enseres que ningún vecino había solicitado un servicio en esa localización, los agentes inspeccionaron las fotografías aportadas por el testigo y comprobaron la propiedad del vehículo y procedieron a confeccionar la correspondiente denuncia y multa de 760 euros al propietario del mismo.
La Ordenanza de Convivencia Ciudadana en el Espacio Público de San Fulgencio establece sanciones de hasta 1.500 euros por el abandono de muebles y enseres en la vía pública, unas infracciones calificadas como graves. El concejal de Residuos Sólidos y Transición Ecológica ha alabado la acción de los agentes y ha lamentado que haya empresas privadas de otros municipios que se dediquen a realizar estas actuaciones. Asimismo, Vives ha indicado que los residentes de San Fulgencio “disponen de un servicio de recogida de enseres y muebles que retira este tipo de materiales llamando por teléfono al 693 927 778 para avisar de dónde se van a depositar”.
Por su parte, el alcalde del municipio y edil de Seguridad Ciudadana, José Sampere, ha querido felicitar a los agentes de la Policía Local de San Fulgencio por la rapidez y efectividad de su actuación que “ha conseguido evitar el perjuicio de la imagen del municipio y esperemos sirva de ejemplo disuasorio para cualquier persona que pudiera pensar en llevar a cabo acciones similares”. De la misma manera, Sampere ha indicado que desde el Ayuntamiento y la Policía Local “queremos hacer un llamamiento a la colaboración ciudadana para que comuniquen, a través del teléfono 966 79 44 52, cualquier indicio de actividad que pueda resultar sospechosa o irregular que se lleve a cabo en el municipio”.

Die örtliche Polizei von San Fulgencio hat den Eigentümer eines Möbelunternehmens wegen der Ablagerung von Gegenständen auf öffentlichen Straßen sanktioniert, wie der Stadtrat für Siedlungsabfälle der Gemeinde, David Vives, berichtet. “Dies ist ein Unternehmen, von dem wir wissen, dass es es schon öfter getan hat und in andere Gemeinden gereist ist, um das gleiche Verfahren durchzuführen”, sagte der Stadtrat.
Die Ereignisse ereigneten sich am vergangenen Donnerstag, als ein Nachbar die örtliche Polizei auf die Anwesenheit eines Fahrzeugs mit Werbung für ein Möbelliefer- und -sammelunternehmen aufmerksam machte, dessen Betreiber eine Matratze und ein Sofa neben einem Container in der Rosales Street abgestellt hatten in der Marina Urbanisierung. Nachdem die Agenten mit dem kommunalen Haushaltssammelunternehmen bestätigt hatten, dass kein Nachbar eine Dienstleistung an diesem Ort angefordert hatte, überprüften sie die vom Zeugen zur Verfügung gestellten Fotos, überprüften den Besitz des Fahrzeugs und erstellten die entsprechende Beschwerde und eine Geldstrafe von 760 Euro an den Besitzer desselben.
Die Verordnung über das Zusammenleben der Bürger im öffentlichen Raum von San Fulgencio sieht Strafen von bis zu 1.500 Euro für die Aufgabe von Möbeln und Gegenständen auf der öffentlichen Durchgangsstraße vor, Verstöße, die als schwerwiegend eingestuft werden. Der Stadtrat für feste Abfälle und ökologischen Wandel hat die Maßnahmen der Agenten gelobt und bedauert, dass es private Unternehmen aus anderen Gemeinden gibt, die sich der Durchführung dieser Maßnahmen widmen. Ebenso hat Vives angegeben, dass die Bewohner von San Fulgencio “einen Haushalts- und Möbelsammelservice haben, der diese Art von Material entfernt, indem sie 693 927 778 anrufen, um ihnen mitzuteilen, wo sie deponiert werden sollen”.
