Las oficinas municipales del Ayuntamiento de San Fulgencio vuelven a su localización habitual, en las dependencias situadas en el número 26 de Plaza Constitución del casco urbano, tras haber concluido los trabajos realizados en el inmueble para su reparación y adecuación a la normativa de accesibilidad. “Después de más de dos años en los que hemos prestado todos nuestros servicios en las oficinas situadas en calle Trafalgar, por fin podemos dar estas obras por concluidas”, ha indicado el alcalde, José Sampere, “lo que va a permitirnos ofrecer con mayor comodidad la atención a los vecinos y vecinas de San Fulgencio”.
Las obras han tenido un coste total de 453.020 euros. Por un lado, 108.829 euros se han destinado a la reparación e impermeabilización del tejado del edificio “que se encontraba en mal estado, lo que provocaba filtraciones los días de lluvia”, ha informado Sampere. De esta manera, tal y como ha indicado el alcalde, con la reparación de las cubiertas “se ha podido eliminar esta incomodidad y un posible peligro que estas circunstancias pueden suponer para los trabajadores del ayuntamiento”.
Asimismo, y con un coste de 344.191,40 euros, el alcalde ha informado que “también se han realizado mejoras en el edificio para el acceso a todas las personas con movilidad reducida”. En este sentido, el primer edil ha señalado que se ha llevado a cabo la instalación de un ascensor que facilite el acceso a las plantas superiores, así como la instalación de varias rampas tanto en el interior como en las entradas al edificio. Las obras de mejora también han incluido la reforma de los aseos de la primera planta, “adaptándolos y haciéndolos accesibles a todas las personas”, ha manifestado el alcalde.

Zu den Verbesserungsarbeiten gehörte auch die Reform der Toiletten im ersten Stock, “diese anzupassen und für alle Menschen zugänglich zu machen”, sagte der Bürgermeister.
