- El evento tendrá lugar el 18 y 19 de diciembre y las actividades navideñas durarán hasta el 5 de enero con la cabalgata de los Reyes Magos
El Ayuntamiento de San Fulgencio ha organizado diversas actividades con motivo de las fiestas navideñas. Estos eventos se celebrarán con las medidas sanitarias correspondientes y con las directrices que marca salud pública. El encendido de luces se celebrará el 11 de diciembre, y será el fin de semana del 18 y 19 de diciembre cuando comience la Feria de Navidad, que reunirá actuaciones musicales, talleres y una pista de hielo.
La edil de Cultura, Ana María Villena, ha explicado que “hemos organizado actividades para todos los públicos en esta Feria de Navidad, que contará con todos los protocolos sanitarios y las medidas oportunas”. En concreto, el sábado 18 de diciembre los asistentes podrán disfrutar de la pista de hielo, foto call navideño, la actuación del grupo musical Pin Pan Plum, talleres de manualidades, animaciones infantiles o la actuación del grupo de ballet y danza ‘Musical Mecano’.
El domingo 19 también habrá pista de hielo, pista de scalextric, talleres juveniles e infantiles, musical crazy dreams o el teatro de ‘El jorobado de Notre Dame’. Todas estas actividades y otras se realizarán durante un fin de semana y se complementarán con otras organizadas por la concejalía de Fiestas.
La concejala de Fiestas, Fina Sampere, ha explicado que el encendido de luces será el 11 de diciembre y a partir del 24 de diciembre se realizarán actividades en las fechas señaladas. En concreto, ese día tendrá lugar la cabalgata de Papá Noel que comenzará a las 17.30 horas en el casco urbano y a las 18.00 horas en la urbanización. El 30 de diciembre se llevará a cabo el teatro ‘Había una vez…’, con entrada gratuita.
La Plaza de la Constitución acogerá el 31 de diciembre las campanadas, con una carpa situada en la misma plaza y la actuación del grupo Amanecer. Por otro lado, la Cabalgata de Reyes Magos será el 5 de enero, a las 17.00 horas en la urbanización y a las 18.00 horas en el casco urbano.
Sampere ha asegurado que “hemos preparado estas actividades con el objetivo de que los vecinos y vecinas de San Fulgencio disfruten, pero también con cautela ya que tenemos que tomar precauciones para que todo salga bien”.

The San Fulgencio Town Hall has organised various activities for the Christmas holidays. These events will be held in accordance with the corresponding health measures and public health guidelines. The lights switch-on will take place on 11 December, and it will be the weekend of 18 and 19 December when the Christmas Fair will begin, with musical performances, workshops and an ice rink.
The Councillor for Culture, Ana María Villena, explained that “we have organised activities for all ages at this Christmas Fair, which will have all the appropriate health protocols and measures in place”. Specifically, on Saturday 18 December, visitors will be able to enjoy the ice rink, Christmas photo call, the performance of the musical group Pin Pan Plum, craft workshops, children’s entertainment and a performance by the ballet and dance group ‘Musical Mecano’.
On Sunday 19th there will also be an ice rink, scalextric track, youth and children’s workshops, crazy dreams musical or the theatre performance of ‘The Hunchback of Notre Dame’. All these activities and others will take place over the weekend and will be complemented by others organised by the Fiestas Department.
One of the councillors for Fiestas, Fina Sampere, explained that the lights will be switched on on 11 December and from 24 December onwards there will be activities on the dates indicated. Specifically, the Father Christmas parade will take place on that day, starting at 17.30 in the town centre and at 18.00 in the urbanisation. On the 30th of December there will be a theatre performance ‘Había una vez…’ (Once upon a time…), with free admission.
The Plaza de la Constitución will host the ringing of the bells on 31 December, with a marquee in the same square and a performance by the group Amanecer. On the other hand, the Three Wise Men parade will take place on the 5th of January, at 17.00 hours in the urbanisation and at 18.00 hours in the town centre.
Sampere has assured that “we have prepared these activities with the aim that the residents of San Fulgencio enjoy themselves, but also with caution as we have to take precautions so that everything goes well”.
