• Las obras están valoradas en unos 350.000 euros y se componen de ocho actuaciones que se llevarán en edificios e infraestructuras de la localidad

El alcalde de San Fulgencio, José Sampere, acompañado del concejal de Urbanismo, Francisco Molero, ha informado de los trabajos de rehabilitación que se van a llevar a cabo en los próximos meses para la reparación de infraestructuras y edificios municipales dañados tras el episodio de lluvias torrenciales que afectó a la Vega Baja en septiembre del 2019.

“Se trata de ocho actuaciones muy necesarias que no habían podido acometerse hasta el momento y que permitirá reparar zonas tanto de la urbanización como del casco urbano que aún contaban con desperfectos”, ha indicado el primer edil. Las actuaciones incluyen la rehabilitación de las calles Camino del Convenio y Francisco de Quevedo, la reparación de acerado en varios puntos del término municipal y el arreglo de daños en las pistas de pádel y tenis del polideportivo, así como del campo de fútbol municipal. De igual manera, el concejal ha asegurado que “también se realizarán reparaciones en los edificios del colegio público José María Manresa y la escuela infantil ‘La Ranita’, así como en el teatro Cardenal Belluga, el centro juvenil ‘Expo’ y una de las salas del cementerio municipal”.

Tal y como ha informado Sampere, estas intervenciones “supondrán una inversión de 349.920,05 euros, y estarán sufragadas gracias a las subvenciones recibidas desde la Diputación Provincial de Alicante y el Ministerio de Política Territorial y Función Pública”. De esta manera, la institución provincial aportará 111.497,16 euros, lo que supone aproximadamente el 32% del coste de las obras, mientras que el Ministerio aportará un 50% del coste, que asciende a 174.710,03 euros. Asimismo, 45.150,20 euros (alrededor del 13% de la cantidad) será sufragado por las arcas municipales, mientras que los 18.062,67 euros que conforman el 5,17% restante se incluirán a través de fondos del Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros. Está previsto que las actuaciones finalicen el 30 de septiembre, ya que “nuestra intención era aprovechar los meses de verano, en los que cesa la actividad en varios de los puntos que van a ser objeto de las reparaciones como es el colegio o la escuela infantil”, ha indicado Molero.

Sampere ha recordado que “el Ayuntamiento “está trabajando muy de cerca en coordinación con otras instituciones como el Plan ‘Vega Renhace’, y además está a punto de finalizar la redacción del Plan Municipal Frente Inundaciones de San Fulgencio”. Asimismo, el alcalde ha manifestado su satisfacción por estas actuaciones ya iniciadas que “muy pronto vamos a ver finalizadas, para que todos los sanfulgentinos puedan disfrutar en las debidas condiciones de las infraestructuras de su municipio”.

The mayor of San Fulgencio, José Sampere, accompanied by the Councilor for Urban Planning, Francisco Molero, has reported on the rehabilitation work that will be carried out in the coming months for the repair of infrastructure and municipal buildings damaged after the episode of torrential rains that affected the Vega Baja in September 2019.

“It is about eight very necessary actions that had not been able to undertake so far and that will allow to repair areas of both the urbanization and the urban area that still had damage,” said the first councilor. The actions include the rehabilitation of the streets Camino del Convenio and Francisco de Quevedo, the repair of steel in various parts of the municipality and the repair of damage to the paddle tennis and tennis courts of the sports center, as well as the municipal soccer field. Similarly, the councilor has assured that “repairs will also be carried out in the buildings of the José María Manresa public school and the ‘La Ranita’ nursery school, as well as in the Cardenal Belluga theater, the ‘Expo’ youth center and one of the halls of the municipal cemetery ”.

As Sampere has reported, these interventions “will involve an investment of 349,920.05 euros, and will be paid for thanks to subsidies received from the Alicante Provincial Council and the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function”. In this way, the provincial institution will contribute 111,497.16 euros, which represents approximately 32% of the cost of the works, while the Ministry will contribute 50% of the cost, which amounts to 174,710.03 euros. Likewise, 45,150.20 euros (around 13% of the amount) will be paid by the municipal coffers, while the 18,062.67 euros that make up the remaining 5.17% will be included through funds from the Insurance Compensation Consortium. The actions are scheduled to end on September 30, since “our intention was to take advantage of the summer months, in which the activity ceases in several of the points that will be subject to repairs, such as the school or nursery school”, has indicated Molero.

Sampere recalled that “the City Council” is working closely in coordination with other institutions such as the ‘Vega Renhace’ Plan, and is also about to finalize the drafting of the San Fulgencio Flooding Municipal Plan”. “Es handelt sich um acht sehr notwendige Maßnahmen, die bisher nicht durchgeführt werden konnten und die es ermöglichen werden, Bereiche sowohl der Urbanisation als auch des Stadtgebiets zu reparieren, die noch Schäden aufweisen”, sagte der Stadtrat. Die Maßnahmen umfassen die Sanierung der Straßen Camino del Convencion und Francisco de Quevedo, die Reparatur von Stahl in verschiedenen Teilen der Gemeinde und die Reparatur von Schäden an den Paddle-Tennis- und Tennisplätzen des Sportzentrums sowie dem städtischen Fußballplatz . Ebenso hat der Stadtrat versichert, dass “auch in den Gebäuden der öffentlichen Schule José María Manresa und des Kindergartens ‘La Ranita’ sowie im Theater Cardenal Belluga, dem Jugendzentrum ‘Expo’ und einem der Säle des städtischen Friedhofs “.

Wie Sampere berichtet, werden diese Interventionen “eine Investition von 349.920,05 Euro beinhalten und dank Subventionen des Provinzrates von Alicante und des Ministeriums für Territorialpolitik und öffentliche Funktion bezahlt werden”. Auf diese Weise beteiligt sich die Provinzeinrichtung mit 111.497,16 Euro, was etwa 32 % der Kosten der Arbeiten entspricht, während das Ministerium 50 % der Kosten in Höhe von 174.710,03 Euro trägt. Ebenso werden 45.150,20 Euro (rund 13 % des Betrags) aus den kommunalen Kassen bezahlt, während die 18.062,67 Euro, die die restlichen 5,17 % ausmachen, aus Mitteln des Konsortiums Versicherungsentschädigung übernommen werden. Die Aktionen sollen am 30. September enden, da „unsere Absicht war, die Sommermonate zu nutzen, in denen die Aktivität an mehreren Stellen eingestellt wird, die repariert werden müssen, wie der Schule oder dem Kindergarten.“ Hat Molero angezeigt.

Sampere erinnerte daran, dass „der Stadtrat“ sehr eng mit anderen Institutionen wie dem „Vega Renhace“-Plan zusammenarbeitet und auch kurz davor steht, die Ausarbeitung des San Fulgencio-Überschwemmungsplans abzuschließen“. Ebenso hat der Bürgermeister seine Genugtuung über diese bereits begonnenen Maßnahmen zum Ausdruck gebracht, dass “sehr bald wir sie abgeschlossen sehen werden, damit alle Sanfulgentinos die Infrastruktur ihrer Gemeinde unter den richtigen Bedingungen genießen können”.
