- El Consistorio ya ha iniciado la redacción de las bases necesarias para que las ayudas puedan ser solicitadas cuanto antes
El Ayuntamiento de San Fulgencio formalizó el pasado jueves su adhesión al ‘Plan Resistir’, plan de ayudas de la Generalitat Valenciana dirigido a ayudar a aquellos sectores económicos más afectados por el Covid-19 en los últimos meses de pandemia. Así lo han anunciado esta mañana el concejal de Hacienda, David Vives, y la concejala de Empleo y Formación, Ana Mª Villena, quien ha indicado que “San Fulgencio recibirá la cantidad de 368.982 euros procedentes de estas ayudas paréntesis, para poder ayudar en lo que podamos a nuestro tejido empresarial y comercial”.
La financiación para estas ayudas, un total de 160 millones de euros para toda la Comunidad Valenciana, está conformada por las aportaciones de las administraciones autonómicas, provinciales y locales. De esta manera, la Generalitat Valenciana aporta un 62,5% del total, mientras que un 22,5% será dotado por la Diputación Provincial de Alicante, y el 15% restante por los ayuntamientos.
Podrán solicitar las ayudas quienes desarrollen actividades económicas que se hayan visto perjudicadas por la situación derivada de la pandemia, como los dedicados a alojamientos y actividades turísticas; hostelería, restauración y ocio nocturno; actividades de creación, artística o de espectáculos; comercio al por menor de productos textiles, prendas de vestir, calzado, productos alimenticios, bebidas, tabaco y otros productos en puestos de venta y mercadillos, y actividades deportivas, recreativas y de entretenimiento especificadas en el decreto publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana. Los solicitantes podrán recibir hasta 2.000 euros por persona autónoma o microempresa que cuente con un máximo de 10 trabajadores en estos sectores, además de 200 euros por cada trabajador.
“En este momento los técnicos municipales ya han iniciado la redacción de las bases y requisitos necesarios, que esperamos que estén listos cuanto antes para que la ciudadanía de San Fulgencio pueda solicitarlas”, ha explicado Vives. Asimismo, la edil de Empleo ha recalcado “la importancia de apoyar, ahora más que nunca, a nuestros empresarios y comerciantes, en unos momentos tan duros para llevar a cabo su actividad”.
Quienes deseen solicitar información “para estas como cualquier tipo de ayudas disponibles”, ha indicado Villena, “podrán solicitar cita previa tanto en el Ayuntamiento como en la Agencia de Desarrollo Local y Empleo (ADL) de San Fulgencio, ya que hemos reforzado de personal estas áreas para poder ofrecer una asistencia más directa a los ciudadanos que lo necesiten”. San Fulgencio Town Council joins the Resistir Plan with a budget of 368,982 euros

Last Thursday, San Fulgencio Town Council formalised its adhesion to the ‘Plan Resistir’, an aid plan of the Generalitat Valenciana aimed at helping those economic sectors most affected by Covid-19 in the last few months of the pandemic. This was announced this morning by the Councillor for Finance, David Vives, and the Councillor for Employment and Training, Ana Maria Villena, who said that “San Fulgencio will receive the amount of 368,982 euros from this parenthesis aid, in order to help as much as we can to our business and commercial fabric”.
The funding for this aid, a total of 160 million euros for the entire Valencian Community, is made up of contributions from the regional, provincial and local administrations. In this way, the Generalitat Valenciana contributes 62.5% of the total, while 22.5% will be provided by the Diputación Provincial de Alicante, and the remaining 15% by the local councils.
Aid may be requested by those carrying out economic activities that have been adversely affected by the situation resulting from the pandemic, such as those involved in accommodation and tourist activities; hotels, restaurants and nightlife; creative, artistic or entertainment activities; retail trade in textiles, clothing, footwear, foodstuffs, drinks, tobacco and other products at stalls and markets; and sports, recreational and entertainment activities specified in the decree published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Applicants may receive up to 2,000 euros per self-employed person or microenterprise with a maximum of 10 workers in these sectors, plus 200 euros for each worker.
“At the moment, the municipal technicians have already begun drafting the necessary rules and requirements, which we hope will be ready as soon as possible so that the citizens of San Fulgencio can apply for them,” explained Vives. The councillor for Employment has also stressed “the importance of supporting, now more than ever, our entrepreneurs and traders, in such difficult times for carrying out their activity”.
Those who wish to request information “for these and any other type of aid available”, Villena indicated, “can make an appointment at the Town Hall and at the Local Development and Employment Agency (ADL) in San Fulgencio, as we have increased the number of staff in these areas in order to offer more direct assistance to citizens who need it”. Der Stadtrat von San Fulgencio hat am vergangenen Donnerstag seinen Beitritt zum ‘Plan Resist’ formalisiert, einem Hilfsplan der Generalitat Valenciana, der darauf abzielt, den Wirtschaftssektoren zu helfen, die in den letzten Monaten am meisten von der Pandemie in Covid-19 betroffen waren. Dies wurde heute Morgen von dem Stadtrat für Finanzen, David Vives, und der Stadträtin für Beschäftigung und Ausbildung, Ana Maria Villena, bekannt gegeben, die darauf hinwiesen, dass “San Fulgencio den Betrag von 368.982 Euro aus diesen Hilfsmitteln erhalten wird, um so viel wie möglich zu unserer Geschäfts- und Handelsstruktur beizutragen.
Die Mittel für diese Hilfe, insgesamt 160 Millionen Euro für die gesamte Valencianische Gemeinschaft, setzen sich aus Beiträgen der regionalen, provinziellen und lokalen Verwaltungen zusammen. Somit stellt die Generalitat Valenciana 62,5 % der Gesamtsumme zur Verfügung, während 22,5 % von der Provinzialregierung von Alicante und die restlichen 15 % von den Gemeinden aufgebracht werden.
Die Beihilfe kann von denjenigen beantragt werden, die wirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten ausüben, die von der durch die Pandemie entstandenen Situation betroffen sind, wie z. B. Beherbergungs- und Fremdenverkehrstätigkeiten; Hotels, Restaurants und Nachtleben; kreative, künstlerische oder Unterhaltungstätigkeiten; Einzelhandel mit Textilien, Kleidung, Schuhen, Lebensmitteln, Getränken, Tabak und anderen Produkten an Verkaufsständen und auf Märkten sowie Sport-, Freizeit- und Unterhaltungstätigkeiten, die in dem im Diario Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana (Amtsblatt der Generalitat Valencia) veröffentlichten Dekret aufgeführt sind. Antragsteller können bis zu 2.000 Euro pro Selbständigem oder Kleinstunternehmen mit maximal 10 Beschäftigten in diesen Branchen erhalten, plus 200 Euro für jeden Beschäftigten.
“Zu diesem Zeitpunkt haben die Techniker der Gemeinde bereits mit der Ausarbeitung der notwendigen Grundlagen und Anforderungen begonnen. Wir hoffen, dass diese so schnell wie möglich fertig sind, damit die Bürger von San Fulgencio sie beantragen können”, erklärt Vives. Auch der Bürgermeister von Beschäftigung hat betont, “die Bedeutung der Unterstützung, jetzt mehr denn je, unsere Unternehmer und Händler, in solchen harten Zeiten, um seine Tätigkeit.
Diejenigen, die Informationen “für diese und jede Art von Hilfe zur Verfügung”, sagte Villena, “kann einen Termin sowohl in der Stadtverwaltung und der Agentur für lokale Entwicklung und Beschäftigung (ADL) von San Fulgencio, wie wir haben Personal in diesen Bereichen verstärkt, um mehr direkte Hilfe für die Bürger, die es brauchen.
