Who can be volunteers?

All residents of San Fulgencio and surroundings, over 18 years of age or over 16 years of age with the authorization of their parents and who wish to altruistically give part of their time to the residents of this town through the various services, may be Civil Protection volunteers. that are provided.

How do I get into Civil Protection?

Come to the office of the Department of housing developments (C / Madrid Nº5) or the City Hall and sign up.

Documentation to present:

• 4 passport-size photos
• D.N.I Photocopy
• Photocopies
  • Driving license.
  • Titles, courses … as a lifeguard etc …

What relationship exists with the city council?

The grouping is a dependency of Excmo. City Council of San Fulgencio but UNDER NO CONCEPT MEANS THAT THERE IS ANY WORK OR FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CITY COUNCIL.

The municipality of San Fulgencio will provide the means to the volunteers so that they collaborate in reaching the goals outlined in the Civil Protection Law, organize its operation and govern the actions that must be carried out.

What mission do the volunteers carry out?

The volunteers of a group are fundamentally, Collaborators of the different bodies of Municipal Security and Emergencies.

The missions they frequently carry out are:

• Establish a transmission mesh between the most conflictive points in the area where the Security and
• Emergency bodies operate.
• Collaborate so that the security perimeters in conflict zones are respected.
• Report anomalies to the corresponding services to prevent a possible accident.
• Cooperate in the various services acting for the correct development of the Emergency Plans that are established in premises or areas where a massive public act is going to take place.
