- El Ayuntamiento instalará varios puntos de información sobre Igualdad y acerca de los recursos disponibles para víctimas de violencia de género
El Ayuntamiento de San Fulgencio ha dado a conocer las actividades programadas para la conmemoración del próximo 8 de marzo, Día Internacional de la Mujer, organizadas por la Concejalía de Servicios Sociales y Mujer del municipio y que dirige la edil Josefina Sampere. Se trata de una programación que “se va a desarrollar eminentemente de forma online y a través de las redes sociales, adaptándonos a las circunstancias actuales que se derivan de la pandemia de Covid-19”, ha explicado Sampere.
De esta manera, y adaptándose también a los nuevos hábitos juveniles, la concejalía ha organizado ‘TikTok por la Igualdad’, un concurso a través de la popular plataforma de vídeos en el que ha participado el alumnado de secundaria del municipio “con el objetivo de fomentar la Igualdad y el rechazo de la violencia de género entre los más jóvenes”, ha explicado Sampere. El plazo para el envío de los vídeos termina el viernes 5 de marzo, y se pueden consultar todas las bases en la web municipal.
Otra de las actividades preparadas por la concejalía serán las dos jornadas virtuales a través de la plataforma de videoconferencia ‘Zoom’, que llevan por título “Sensibilización contra la violencia de género” y que están programadas para el lunes 8 y el martes 9 de marzo a partir de las 18:00 horas. Tal y como ha indicado la edil, las jornadas “están orientadas a dar herramientas y pautas de intervención a las madres y padres, para prevenir así cualquier tipo de situaciones de este tipo entre la juventud”. Para participar será necesario inscribirse enviado los datos personales al correo electrónico sanfulgencio@porlaigualdad.es.
Las actividades incluyen también el reparto de folletos con información de los recursos disponibles a nivel local para las mujeres víctimas de violencia de género que se realizará mañana viernes. Estos folletos podrán encontrarse en varios lugares de San Fulgencio “como los ayuntamientos del casco urbano y de la urbanización, la oficina de turismo o consultorios médicos”, ha informado la concejala. Además, el día 8 se realizará la lectura del manifiesto conmemorativo de esta jornada a través de las redes sociales que realizarán concejales y personal del Ayuntamiento.
La concejala ha instado a los habitantes de San Fulgencio a participar de esta programación y ha manifestado que “el 8 de marzo es una fecha que, como gestores públicos, no debemos dejar de promover y fomentar, para seguir promocionando la Igualdad entre hombres y mujeres”. De este modo, ha asegurado que desde el equipo de gobierno, y así se trabaja desde todas las concejalías, queremos “contar con un municipio más justo que ofrezca las mismas oportunidades para todos”.
