El alcalde de San Fulgencio, José Sampere, y la concejala de Fiestas, Josefa Sampere, han presentado esta mañana la programación de actos previstos para las fiestas patronales en honor a la Virgen del Remedio, que se desarrollarán del 2 al 12 de octubre. Debido al reciente cambio en las medidas Covid-19 anunciadas por la Generalitat Valenciana, “tenemos la suerte de que vamos a poder celebrar estos días tan especiales con algo más de libertad, aunque vamos a actuar siempre con precaución para prevenir cualquier tipo de riesgo”, ha indicado el primer edil.
Por este motivo, y para el control de los aforos, “será necesario recoger previamente en el Ayuntamiento del casco urbano, de la urbanización o en la oficina de Turismo, las invitaciones para asistir a los espectáculos musicales, en horario de atención al público”, ha explicado el alcalde. También se solicitará a todos los asistentes sus datos de contacto para garantizar una mayor seguridad, en caso de que algún espectador pueda presentar síntomas. Además, será necesario acudir a todos los actos con mascarilla, así como mantener la distancia de seguridad interpersonal en todo momento.
La edil de Fiestas ha sido la encargada de desgranar la programación de actos, que comenzarán este sábado 2 de octubre con el concierto de pop lírico del grupo ‘In vivo’, a las 21.30 horas en el teatro municipal Cardenal Belluga. Del lunes 4 al viernes 8 de octubre y desde las 20:00 horas, tendrán lugar en la parroquia los actos religiosos que cada año preparan las diferentes calles del municipio. Tal y como ha señalado la concejala, “será el sábado 9 cuando celebraremos el ‘Día del niño’, una jornada especialmente dedicada a los más pequeños de San Fulgencio”, y donde a partir de las 10:00 horas en la Plaza de la Constitución, podrán disfrutar de almuerzo y actividades como un encierro infantil y castillos hinchables. La principal novedad del año será el concurso de cocina ‘Abuelo Chef’, en el que podrán participar equipos compuestos por abuelos y nietos.
Además de “alguna actividad más que tenemos preparada para el sábado y que todavía está por desvelar”, el domingo 10 de octubre, día de la festividad de la patrona, “comenzaremos el día con disparo de cohetes y volteo de campanas, para continuar a las 10:30 horas con el pasacalle junto a la banda de la Unión Musical de San Fulgencio”, ha indicado la edil de fiestas. “Será entonces cuando se hará entrega de una placa conmemorativa a las dos personas más longevas del municipio, en reconocimiento y homenaje a toda su experiencia”, ha añadido la concejala. A las 12:00 horas tendrá lugar la misa en honor a la patrona en la parroquia de San Fulgencio, con procesión a las 20:00 horas, seguida de un espectáculo de fuegos artificiales al finalizar. La actuación de ‘Maxims Show: el musical’, a partir de las 21:00 horas en el recinto multiusos, pondrá el broche a la velada.
Por otro lado, el lunes 11 se llevará a cabo una cena ‘de sobaquillo’ a partir de las 21:00 horas, con el concierto en el recinto multiusos del grupo ‘Mr. Hyde’. Para acudir, será necesario reservar de forma previa con un máximo de 8 personas por mesa en el teléfono 96 679 45 17. La actuación tributo a Ana Belén, Víctor Manuel, Miguel Ríos o Joan Manuel Serrat ‘El gusto es nuestro: aquellas pequeñas cosas’, también en el recinto multiusos a las 21:00 horas, pondrá fin a dos semanas de actividades en honor a la Virgen del Remedio, “una festividad que, después de dos años, teníamos muchas ganas de celebrar”, ha indicado la edil de Fiestas.
Por su parte, Sampere ha manifestado que “aunque en esta ocasión tengamos que celebrarlas de manera diferente a como lo hemos hecho otros años, viviremos de nuevo nuestras fiestas con el mismo sentimiento con el que lo hemos hecho siempre”. El alcalde ha llamado a la responsabilidad de todos los vecinos y vecinas a la hora de participar en todos los actos programados, “para que pueda seguir mejorando la situación y podamos alcanzar muy pronto la tan esperada normalidad”.
