The San Fulgencio City Council has created a “Clean Point” in the Urbanization Marina which is located at C / Del Bosque.
This new facility is managed by a private company, and is responsible for managing pruning and household waste.
In no case may any other type of garbage or residue be deposited.
The schedule of the facilities is as follows:
From Monday to Saturday

Recently, the Clean Point of the El Oasis urbanization has been reopened, located in c / Azucena, next to the natural area. This enclosure is exclusively for the pruning deposit.
GINSSA IS THE CONTRACTING COMPANY OF THE SERVICE OF “STREET CLEANING, MARKET CLEANING, PRUNING WITHDRAWAL AND COLLECTION OF WASTE AND ITS TRANSPORTATION TO LANDFILL OF THE MUNICIPAL TERM OF SAN FULGENCIO” SINCE FEBRUARY 2002.
The company has a staff of 25 people in the municipality of San Fulgencio, to carry out all the services it has contracted. It also has enough machinery to carry them out with full guarantee and efficiency; 2 waste collection trucks, 1 octopus truck, 1 piaggo van, 1 ford courier van and two sweepers, the last one incorporated since August 2005.
Frequency:
- High season (06/15 to 09/15) every day
- Low season (09/16 to 06/14) from Sunday to Friday on Saturdays there is no pick-up.
Schedule:

- Low Season (09/16 to 06/14) from 9:00 p.m.
Recommendations:
Deposit with hermetically sealed bag inside the container. Never throw out of the container.

Recommendations:

Soda cans, food cans, tetra-brik, containers for meats or food in general, plastic bags and in general any container that bears the Ecoembes logo and is not glass or cardboard paper.

The collection of cardboard paper is carried out in two ways manually using street cleaning pawns using the Piaggo vehicle and with the octopus truck, they will be deposited only in the blue containers or blue bells.

Newspapers, cardboard boxes, magazines and cardboard containers of all kinds of food that we can find in supermarkets.

Fold the cartons and deposit them inside the container or the hood.
In order to keep the municipality clean, pruning and collection points have been set up throughout the urbanization.
It is mandatory that all prunings and belongings are deposited at these points, so it is prohibited to deposit prunings and belongings on public roads.
According to Municipal Ordinance, Chapter III, Article 19, section 5, failure to comply with this regulation can carry a fine of up to € 600.
