El alcalde de San Fulgencio, José Sampere, junto al director médico del departamento de Salud de Torrevieja, Hipólito Caro, y los ediles de Sanidad y de Obras y Servicios, David Vives y Francisco Molero, han visitado el centro médico de la urbanización Marina, que hoy abría sus puertas a los usuarios tras haber pasado siete meses en obras para su ampliación y renovación. De esta manera, se ha llevado a cabo una reestructuración en la distribución del edificio en el que está situado. El alcalde, José Sampere, ha explicado que la extensión del edificio se comunica con la zona antigua con el objetivo de dar cabida a todos los servicios de Atención Primaria que se ubican en el centro”. En total se han añadido 182 metros cuadrados útiles a los 169 metros cuadrados ya existentes.
Así, tal y como ha contado el concejal de Sanidad, David Vives, el consultorio contaba con dos consultas y una sala de enfermería utilizadas por tres médicos y dos enfermeros, “lo que en muchas ocasiones generaban desorganización, retrasos en las citas y derivaciones al horario de tarde con el consiguiente malestar de los usuarios”. La ampliación permite contar con una nueva consulta médica, una consulta de enfermería y una sala de Pediatría. “Estas mejoras permitirán una atención mucho más esmerada y personalizada a los pacientes, y también, que el personal médico pueda desempeñar mejor su labor profesional”, ha añadido.
El alcalde, José Sampere, ha explicado que “estamos muy contentos de que por fin los residentes en esta zona de nuestro término municipal puedan contar con el servicio que merece, con una calidad e instalaciones adecuadas y adaptadas a su población”. El proyecto se ha financiado a través de 100.000 euros procedentes de una subvención de la Conselleria de Sanidad, a los que en este mandato municipal el Ayuntamiento ha sumado otros 69.000 euros para poder proceder a su ejecución. De este modo, se ha podido sacar adelante esta actuación, que ha alcanzado un presupuesto total de 169.000 euros.
Por su parte, el concejal de Obras y Servicios, Francisco Molero, ha indicado que las acciones realizadas en el edificio “se complementan con una sala y un vestuario destinado para el descanso del personal, un almacén, un cuarto de la limpieza y una zona de almacenamiento de residuos”, además de la reforma tanto de los aseos como de la sala de espera. Asimismo, “esta ampliación y todas estas mejoras en las instalaciones se han integrado completamente en el edificio y en el entorno”, ha explicado el edil, quien ha añadido que se han “seguido y cumplido en todo momento las normativas de higiene, salud y protección, con todos los protocolos de seguridad ante cualquier tipo de riesgo meteorológico”.
Asimismo, el director médico del departamento de Salud de Torrevieja, Hipólito Caro, se ha puesto a disposición de la ciudadanía de San Fulgencio para dotar de personal a este centro en función de sus necesidades. Al mismo tiempo ha agradecido al Ayuntamiento de San Fulgencio “toda su ayuda y colaboración con la realización de esta obra que ha puesto a disposición de la Conselleria de Sanidad”.

The mayor of San Fulgencio, José Sampere, together with the medical director of the Torrevieja Health Department, Hipólito Caro, and the councillors for Health and Works and Services, David Vives and Francisco Molero, have visited the medical centre in the Marina urbanisation, which today opened its doors to users after spending seven months undergoing extension and renovation work. In this way, a restructuring has been carried out in the distribution of the building in which it is located. The mayor, José Sampere, explained that the extension of the building communicates with the old area with the aim of accommodating all the Primary Care services located in the centre. In total, 182 useful square metres have been added to the existing 169 square metres.
As the councillor for Health, David Vives, explained, the surgery had two consulting rooms and a nursing room used by three doctors and two nurses, “which often led to disorganisation, delays in appointments and referrals to the afternoon hours with the consequent discomfort of users”. The extension will provide a new doctor’s surgery, a nurse’s surgery and a paediatric ward. “These improvements will allow a much more careful and personalised attention to patients, and also allow the medical staff to carry out their professional work better,” he added.
The mayor, José Sampere, explained that “we are very happy that at last the residents in this area of our municipality can have the service they deserve, with quality and adequate facilities adapted to their population”. The project has been financed with 100,000 euros from a grant from the Regional Ministry of Health, to which the Town Council has added another 69,000 euros during this municipal term of office in order to be able to proceed with its execution. In this way, it has been possible to carry out this action, which has reached a total budget of 169,000 euros.
For his part, the councillor for Works and Services, Francisco Molero, has indicated that the actions carried out in the building “are complemented by a room and a changing room for staff to rest, a storeroom, a cleaning room and a waste storage area”, in addition to the reform of both the toilets and the waiting room. Furthermore, “this extension and all these improvements to the facilities have been completely integrated into the building and its surroundings”, explained the councillor, who added that “hygiene, health and protection regulations have been followed and complied with at all times, with all the safety protocols for any type of meteorological risk”.
Likewise, the medical director of the Torrevieja Health Department, Hipólito Caro, has made himself available to the citizens of San Fulgencio to staff this centre according to their needs. At the same time he has thanked the San Fulgencio Town Hall for “all their help and collaboration with the completion of this work which has been made available to the Regional Ministry of Health”.

Der Bürgermeister von San Fulgencio, José Sampere, zusammen mit dem medizinischen Direktor des Gesundheitsamtes von Torrevieja, Hipólito Caro, und den Stadträten für Gesundheit und Bauwesen, David Vives und Francisco Molero, haben das medizinische Zentrum der Urbanisation Marina besucht, das heute nach siebenmonatigen Erweiterungs- und Renovierungsarbeiten seine Pforten für die Benutzer geöffnet hat. Auf diese Weise wurde eine Umstrukturierung in der Verteilung des Gebäudes, in dem es sich befindet, durchgeführt. Der Bürgermeister, José Sampere, erklärte, dass die Erweiterung des Gebäudes mit dem alten Bereich kommuniziert, mit dem Ziel, alle Dienste der Grundversorgung unterzubringen, die sich im Zentrum befinden”. So verfügte das Büro, wie der Stadtrat für Gesundheit, David Vives, mitteilte, über zwei Sprechstunden und einen Pflegeraum, der von drei Ärzten und zwei Krankenschwestern genutzt wurde, “was oft zu Desorganisation, Verzögerungen bei Terminen und Überweisungen in die Nachmittagsstunden mit dem daraus resultierenden Unbehagen der Nutzer führte. Durch die Erweiterung entstehen ein neuer ärztlicher Beratungsraum, ein Pflegeberatungsraum und eine pädiatrische Station. “Diese Verbesserungen werden eine viel sorgfältigere und persönlichere Betreuung der Patienten ermöglichen, und auch, dass das medizinische Personal seine professionelle Arbeit besser ausführen kann”, fügte er hinzu.
Der Bürgermeister, José Sampere, erklärte, dass “wir sehr glücklich sind, dass die Bewohner in diesem Bereich unserer Gemeinde endlich den Service haben können, den sie verdienen, mit Qualität und angemessenen Einrichtungen und angepasst an ihre Bevölkerung”. Das Projekt wurde durch einen Zuschuss des Gesundheitsministeriums in Höhe von 100.000 Euro finanziert, zu dem der Stadtrat in diesem kommunalen Mandat weitere 69.000 Euro hinzufügte, um mit der Umsetzung fortzufahren. So war es möglich, diese Aktion, die ein Gesamtbudget von 169.000 Euro erreicht hat, voranzutreiben.
Der Stadtrat für Arbeiten und Dienstleistungen, Francisco Molero, hat seinerseits darauf hingewiesen, dass die im Gebäude durchgeführten Maßnahmen “durch einen Raum und einen Umkleideraum für die Erholung des Personals, ein Lager, einen Reinigungsraum und einen Abfalllagerraum ergänzt werden”, zusätzlich zur Reform der Toiletten und des Warteraums. Auch “diese Erweiterung und all diese Verbesserungen in den Einrichtungen wurden vollständig in das Gebäude und die Umgebung integriert”, erklärte der Bürgermeister, der hinzufügte, dass sie “zu allen Zeiten die Hygienevorschriften, Gesundheit und Sicherheit, mit allen Sicherheitsprotokollen zu jeder Art von Wetterrisiko befolgt und eingehalten wurden”.
Außerdem wurde der medizinische Leiter des Gesundheitsamtes von Torrevieja, Hipolito Caro, den Bürgern von San Fulgencio zur Verfügung gestellt, um dieses Zentrum nach ihren Bedürfnissen zu besetzen. Zur gleichen Zeit hat der Stadtrat von San Fulgencio “alle ihre Hilfe und Zusammenarbeit mit der Fertigstellung dieser Arbeit zur Verfügung gestellt hat, das Department of Health gedankt.
