- Los nuevos trabajadores se han incorporado a la plantilla municipal gracias a diferentes programas de fomento del empleo de la Generalitat
La concejala de Empleo del Ayuntamiento de San Fulgencio, Ana Mª Villena, ha informado de la incorporación de cinco nuevos trabajadores al Consistorio, gracias a la concesión de dos subvenciones concedidas por la Conselleria de Economía Sostenible, Sectores Productivos, Comercio y Trabajo y correspondientes a diferentes programas de fomento del empleo del Servicio Valenciano de Empleo y Formación Labora, a través de la colaboración con las corporaciones locales. Estas subvenciones están cofinanciadas por el Fondo Social Europeo.
Dos de estos trabajadores, que se incorporaron a su puesto a finales de octubre, corresponden al programa EMCORP para personas desempleadas mayores de 30 años, y que “desempeñarán labores y servicios de interés general para el municipio en los puestos de oficial y peón de obra durante seis meses a jornada completa”, ha explicado la edil. Este programa cuenta con una subvención de 26.255 euros.
En lo que respecta al plan ECOVID para la contratación de personas de más de 30 años y en situación de desempleo como consecuencia del escenario derivado de la Covid-19, se ha subvencionado con 32.696 euros. Tal y como ha indicado la concejala, estos tres trabajadores se incorporarán próximamente a sus puestos, en los que realizarán “labores relacionadas con la pandemia, llevando a cabo tareas de limpieza y desinfección de lugares públicos y dependencias municipales”. La duración de estos contratos será de seis meses.
La concejala ha indicado asimismo que “en estas circunstancias en las que nos encontramos, y debido a los efectos derivados del Covid-19, es muy importante promover la contratación de aquellos grupos de población que más lo necesita”, siendo imprescindible “apoyar en estos momentos tanto a quienes han sufrido las consecuencias de la pandemia, como a aquellas personas en situación de desempleo de larga duración”.

Die Beschäftigungsrätin der Stadt San Fulgencio, Ana Mª Villena, hat dem Konsistorium die Aufnahme von fünf neuen Arbeitnehmern gemeldet, dank der Vergabe von zwei Subventionen, die vom Ministerium für nachhaltige Wirtschaft, produktive Sektoren, gewährt wurden. Handel und Arbeit und entsprechend verschiedenen Beschäftigungsförderungsprogrammen des valencianischen Arbeits- und Arbeitsausbildungsdienstes in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Unternehmen. Diese Zuschüsse werden vom Europäischen Sozialfonds kofinanziert.
Zwei dieser Arbeitnehmer, die Ende Oktober ihren Posten angetreten haben, entsprechen dem EMCORP-Programm für Arbeitslose über 30 Jahre und werden „Aufgaben und Dienstleistungen von allgemeinem Interesse für die Gemeinde in den Positionen eines Offiziers und Bauarbeiters ausführen für sechs Monate Vollzeit “, erklärte der Bürgermeister. Dieses Programm hat einen Zuschuss von 26.255 Euro.

Der Stadtrat hat auch darauf hingewiesen, dass “unter diesen Umständen, unter denen wir uns befinden, und aufgrund der von Covid-19 abgeleiteten Auswirkungen es sehr wichtig ist, die Einstellung derjenigen Bevölkerungsgruppen zu fördern, die dies am dringendsten benötigen”, um diese zu unterstützen ” Momente sowohl für diejenigen, die unter den Folgen der Pandemie gelitten haben, als auch für diejenigen, die sich in einer Situation der Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit befinden. “
